What should I pay attention to when swapping microSD cards?

Do not hot-swap microSD cards. Insert/remove only when the device is off. Format the card before use, or the video may not save, and continuous recording may fail.
Where can I find detailed setup instructions and full compatibility information?

For complete guidance, please see the "User Guide" in the "Safety Documents" section below. It details compatible devices, mount installation, and how to add the camera to HomeBase Mini or your router.
Does eufyCam C35 support 24/7 recording?

No. To maximize its impressive battery life, eufyCam C35 uses smart motion-activated recording. This ensures all key events are captured without the need for constant recharging, giving you long-lasting peace of mind.
Does HomeBase Mini work with a 5V/1A power adapter?

No. You must use a 5V/2A power adapter to ensure stable and reliable operation.
How does storage work, and do I need to buy a microSD card?

eufyCam C35 has no built-in storage. Use a microSD card (up to 256GB) in the camera or HomeBase Mini with 8GB eMMC (expandable to 1TB). The 8GB has less usable space due to firmware. Please note: A microSD card is not included and is sold separately.
