Does OpenDots 2 come in different sizes?

Currently, OpenDots 2 is available in a universal size. The flexible nickel-titanium JointArc design ensures a comfortable and secure fit for various ear shapes.
Can I use a wireless charger from another brand to charge my OpenDots 2?

Any wireless charger that supports the Qi standard should work. If you’re unsure, you can check with the retailer where you purchased the charger for more details.
How to wear OpenDots 2?

Place the ball-shaped speaker against the inner ridge of your ear and the cylindrical battery compartment behind your ear. Then adjust the earbuds for a secure and comfortable fit.
How do I pair or re-pair my OpenDots 2?

First use: open the case to enter pairing mode; light flashes orange/green. To re-pair, put both earbuds in the case, keep the lid open, hold the function button 3+ sec until it flashes orange/green, then select “OpenDots 2 by Shokz” in Bluetooth.
Do I need the Shokz App to use OpenDots 2?

You can use OpenDots 2 without the app, but we highly recommend downloading Shokz App for Dolby Audio, EQ modes, dual-device connection, battery status, control customization, wear detection, L/R swap, prompt volume, firmware updates and more.

OPEN-EAR CLIP-ON DESIGN, LIGHT AND SECURE. Designed for everyday wear, OpenDots 2 combines an open-ear clip-on form with contoured silicone and a flexible nickel-titanium JointArc for a stable, comfortable fit. At just 6.4 g per earbud, it delivers lightweight, long-lasting comfort while helping you stay naturally aware of your surroundings.
POWERFUL SOUND WITH UPGRADED DOLBY AUDIO. Enjoy rich, open-ear sound powered by Shokz Bassphere 2.0, dual 11.8 mm drivers, and upgraded Dolby Audio. A redesigned diaphragm cuts distortion for precise bass and powerful volume, while MirrorPitch Technology directs sound accurately into the ear for clearer, more natural listening.
CLEAR CALLS WITH 3 MICROPHONES. Three microphones work together to isolate your voice. A dedicated bone conduction mic paired with two air-conduction mics, adaptive beamforming, and AI noise reduction keep calls sounding clear and natural, on busy streets, on the move, or throughout your workday.
INTERCHANGEABLE LEFT AND RIGHT EARBUDS. No left, no right to figure out. Dynamic Ear Detection automatically recognizes each ear, so you can wear either earbud interchangeably for a simpler, more intuitive everyday experience.
UP TO 40 HOURS OF LISTENING AND WIRELESS CHARGING. Enjoy up to 10 hours of listening on a single charge and up to 40 hours total with the charging case. A 5-minute Quick Charge gives you up to 2 hours of playback, and Qi-certified wireless charging makes it easy to power up at home or at work.
PRECISE CONTROL. Use tap controls for quick everyday actions, or the upgraded pinch control for more precise commands and fewer accidental touches. OpenDots 2 also delivers IP57 water resistance, MultiPoint Pairing, a stable Bluetooth 6.1 connection, and deep app customizations—including personalized EQ via the Shokz App—for a smarter, more seamless daily listening experience.
